PLAIN-LANGUAGE PRIVACY NOTES
Your voice.
Your choice.
Here’s what the first click means, and what information you can choose to share.
What we collect
When the participation endpoint is connected, pressing I’M IN sends an expression-of-interest signal to the configured forms provider. We do not ask for a name or email for that first click. If you separately opt in to updates, we collect the email address you submit. Without configured endpoints, the site runs as a demo and does not collect sign-ups.
Why we collect it
The anonymous first-click signal helps us understand interest in participating. It is not a vote, a policy endorsement, or proof of unique identity. If you opt in to updates, we may send occasional news and invitations about the project.
Where it goes
When sign-ups are enabled, they are processed by the form provider configured by the site owner, which may also process technical metadata such as IP addresses. The site includes no advertising pixels or third-party analytics scripts. Your hosting provider may keep ordinary access logs. This site stores a small local browser flag to help prevent repeat clicks on that device; it is not a reliable unique-person count.
Your choices
You can signal interest without entering contact details, skip optional emails, and close the acknowledgment. Update emails should provide an unsubscribe option. The project owner should publish a working contact email for access or removal requests.
Before launch
This is a starter privacy notice, not a legal review. Before launch, add a working contact, verify the form provider and email tools, check applicable privacy requirements, and update this page to match the actual data flow.
